When he appeared to work on roof, his people started work without looking for second time. Though I was looking for more clarification. Then his boss came and said the £1500 is only for one side felt and battens. I do not know that they have any sincerity or knowledge about work. Example – they did the completely wrong job and wrong places of roof. I showed them damaged side but they changed the felt where it was less important and left most damaged part unrepaired. Even he did not change the entire felt pf that side and battens of that side which promised. He just changed one line felt which 2 square feet and left many tiles broken.I also paid him extra £500 for gluing the cladding, cleaning and check the gutters, some flat panel for windows.He has taken £500 and did not do a single job for extra £500 I paid. He has been keep saying for 6 months that he will come back complete the job. But he never turned up.My all £2000 has wasted.

We had tiles missing on two of our dormer windows on a very high roof with difficult access and a storm on the way. John was super quick to respond and scaffolding was up within a couple of days. Andrew came and did the work the next day and was extremely thorough and professional. He sorted out the roof quickly and also did a bonus health check on the rest of the roof. Very happy and would recommend.
