Having recently moved to Cumbria, we inherited a Seip remote controlled garage door, for which the remote control fob partially broke (it was very old and well used). Having telephoned Seip, leaving a message they rang us back promptly, were extremely helpful by phone and email and pleasant (thank you Lisa) and resolved the problem efficiently and effectively. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for their excellent service.

The Seip mini garage remote (SKRJ433) is sold as having a 5 year guarantee". One of two I purchased broke from the keyring after a little over one year of occasional use. Seip refuse to honour their guarantee as they say it "must have been fitted to a larger keyring to cause damage". This is simply not true
