Worst customer service ever. Avoid! Wish I had of seen reviews before ordering. Paid for next day delivery as was going away, the shoes arrived over a week later when we were away on a 2 week holiday! They were left on our front doorstep apparently after we asked for the order to be cancelled by them and the delivery company and when returning from holiday the parcel was missing. Now they say we can’t get a refund yet as they have to contact the local police who may contact us for a statement because of their fu@k up! What a waste of police resources! They should not offer a service like next day and charge for it!

Don't expect your purchase to arrive anytime soon or at all as per my latest experience with this ultimately and utterly disorganised company. I as the disgruntled ex-customer would never even contemplate looking at their listings let alone try and purchase any of their products. AVOID!

Buzzing to purchase a pair of new sneakers, I was seen by the shop assistant at the window who then suddenly jumped and hid behind to avoid me. Strange. The staff member at the till also ignores me and knew from that moment I could not spend any money there. Atrocious service, and was finally spoken to when leaving to bid me farewell. Avoid at all costs, especially after reading about their poor quality shoes.

Visited this store on Saturday and felt very welcomed - shop was clean, display was very tidy and eye catching - the lady serving that day was exceptional,, I’m very fussy when picking trainers and she was a great help - not getting annoyed with trying many pairs and helping me make my final selection - 10/10 for customer service - I’ll deffo be going back ,, best trainer shop around!!!!!!!!

Had to return the trainers as faulty/damaged. I have provided proof of postage but still haven't received my refund over 10 days later. Can't get in touch over the phone and they close the live chat with no resolution/answers.
