An absolute terrible company to work for. I went in after graduation, I was left to do nothing and given no training. When I asked for work, I was told there was not any then they would just throw work at me and not show me how to do it. Completely ridiculous. It's really incestious company, with employees married to others and you only get treated nicely if you are from a particular part of Southern Ireland. They are really nasty and rude. I hope other graduates don't go there thinking it will be a good company. There were so many employment tribunals going on when I was there, horrible people and horrible company.

By continuing work you are putting your workers health at risk for projects that are not essential. At a time when we know all our wellbeing is entangled, this is not only catastrophic for workers wellbeing (which should be enough) but our wider committees. Stop construction and save lives.

Just dumped van in middle of road and left it blocking traffic.

This company sub contracted through Thames Water replaced the lead pipes down our street and took their drill used to break open the pavement and damaged the step into our front garden. I have called six times now and six times I have been told there would be a call back within a day or two to begin dealing with the issue. No one has contacted me, why does it take more than six weeks to pick up the phone and call me? Worst of all the property in question is my elderly mothers who often forgets and stumbles over the loose fractured brickwork putting her health in risk every time she goes out the house. Why won’t they talk to me? Why won’t they take responsibility for their actions? Why don't they care that this will lead to the injury or death of a human being?

Not a good company to deal with! All good at first but when the site manager was replaced things changed. Promises broken, no heating for over a year! leaks, damaged fixtures and fittings. Complaints ignored.Paid them a lot of money but now they've been paid they no longer acknowledge my existence. Real shame as things started so well.

They are carrying out work on a bridge next to my house at night. They have not notified any of the local residents and I find it disgraceful that this is the case as the work is happening at gone 10:30 at night until 5am in the morning. NOT OK!

This company have led construction work less than 30 feet from my bedroom window for more than 16 hours per day, 6 days per week. This has been going on for months, and they have completely ignored every attempt at contacting them to complain.

It was my first time visiting the HQ.Very impressed with the set up.Friendly and helpful security at the front 9f house as we're all of the staff.

From the age of 15 i worked with J, Murphy and son on and of and loved working for them a lot of the men i worked with came to this country to send money back to there families and like myself a lot worked for them worked for them all over England and loved the men i worked with they like me where hard working men and enjoying each other company and in digs with them the ganger would come every evening before we finished to see if we wanted a sub to keeps us going and i once saw (im 79 know ) his son they where pointed out to me as we where in a Murphy wagon in London i also drove for them and working in the trenches as well as drive for them i was about 23 when finished with them but loved the time i was with Murphy
