We regularly use their service. They come out very quickly and provide professional service. They also explain what happened and what is needed to be done. If they can't help they guide us what to do. Highly recommended!

Took weeks to come out for initial call-out. After three visits they had replaced the wrong part without solving the leak, and were claiming that they were unlikely to be able to do so without removing the toilet. Refused to provide an itemised invoice identifying what I was being asked to pay for, and the bill was substantially more than that of the replacment plumber who had identified and fixed the leak in an hour (without removing the toilet). Awful customer service.

Amazing work, very quick and great value. I would recommend them if you need a new boiler, repairs or any other plumbing jobs.

Ian's team came to my rescue to fix a burst pipe this week - were here within the hour, amazing service. Ian and his staff are also really polite and courteous. Been really pleased with my new Worcester Bosch fitted 18 months ago too - purrs like a kitten (compared to my old one which sounded more like a jumbo jet taking off).

Receptionist has awful customer service! Had 5 missed calls one after the other to rearrange a gas safety check ( which was booked by my landlord on my behalf ) then got the hump because I’m unavailable due to work. Perhaps try calling another time rather than harass someone who is busy and cannot answer! My landlord being disorganised is no fault of mine!

I used I M Dunkerton & Heating Ltd today for a routine boiler service as a friend had used their services within the last 6 months, she was pleased with the service provided, and that friend had , in turn, been recommended to them by another friend. So a good chain of recommendations!I feel that since my boiler (now nearly 7 years old) was out of warranty that I have been either misled by other local servicing people, and/or I have received a poor service, and I am now very happy to think I will be using this family-run business in the future, whether to maintain my current boiler or to advise on a suitable replacement, should the need arise.I felt that the engineer sent to service my boiler today was very competent, he answered all the questions I had, he turned up bang on time, and left no mess. So that is why I am more than happy to award 5 stars.
