WARNING, THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE LOW RATINGS ARE ESSENTIALLY JUST KARENS, TALKING ABOUT GOING TO THE MANAGER AND THE STAFF BEING RUDE. YOU CAN ALSO SEE GAIL'S DIRECTLY ADRESS THEM STATING THEY WOULD GET THIS SORTED, YET THE REVIEWER SEEMS NOT TO CARE. Love this place. Has the best food, including deserts, bread, burgers, breakfast. The price is high, but very worth going. Its not extremely high priced, and is very affordable eating 3 times a week there, but not worth going everyday for a breakfast. The staff are kind and (personally haven't seen them do so) don't mess up your orders. The food is fresh, the bread is made infront of you, and is very clean. I (not exaggerating) have not seen a fly on my food, sauce on any table or someone unhappy. It is usually quite quiet, though can get busy at times. It is local to me and others, which means I usually just run in the morning to get breakfast. Many families also go there, as it is a very welcoming place.

Absolutely love everything I ate here! The oatmilk cappuccino is one of the best I've had.It could have more seats, so expect to wait for a place to seat inside during breakfast/brunch time.Pricy as well.Worth it once in a while!!!

I will start by saying that I have no issue with the bakery at all and I absolutely love the fresh croissants.I was accosted by a self entitled woman this morning, having a go at me over a parking space to pop in. If she had opened her eyes before she opened her mouth, she would have seen me displaying a blue badge in my car, she would have seen that I'm not the most mobile and she would have seen that I was walking with a crutch.As if this didn't get my back up enough, she had the audacity to say that's not how we do things in this country". For someone that is London born and bred I was so shocked and disgusted by this open racism.What was her issue...was it because I'm disabled?...was it because I'm brown?...was it some sort of mixture of the two?I know it's not their fault who comes into their bakery

I really like their breads and pastries.The quality is really good but I am not really a fan of their coffee and I believe they can improve it.The staff are very friendly and happy to help you.

Dirty ! Boy couldn't make capaccino properly. Had to do it Twice and still not right.Cinnamon roll stale.Overall too expensive for unpleasant experience.Will Not be back.

Avoid like the plague. Horrible service for the exorbitant prices. Serving their customers half a cup of coffee instead of full. Cannot even provide decent cutlery. I was given a plastic fork and a metal knife. Obnoxiously rude staff. Should not be in this industry if you cannot provide decent service to your customers especially when this is a premium coffee shop.

Very friendly staff and the food is great as always. Good selection available.

A fabulous bakery for Mill Hill Broadway with friendly staff and delicious bread and cakes. We had the cinamonn buns which were excellent. Serving coffee and all types of sourdough breads as well ! The range is huge. A spacious bakery and it looks great.

Finally a place in North London where I found a good croissant ! Believe me as a French it's very difficult ! I will come back as I enjoyed everything I tried there ! Merci, thank you ☺️

Same good quality as other Gail's outlets. Going all the way through to the back to reach the garden is highly recommended :)
