Sharon and Nancy are just brilliant. If you want to learn how to swing dance, look no further. The tough course is so well thought and focuses on building a good foundation. Ideal for beginners and experienced dances alike.

My husband and I took the intermediate Lindy class with Lydia in early 2020. Unfortunately COVID-19 interrupted the course, but up to that point we were absolutely loving it ! Great teacher, always smiling, knows how to break the dance down and make it fun. The weekly emails from Sharon were great and really useful recaps.Met lots of lovely people. Will definitely sign up for more once the world opens up again.

My husband and I found Sharon when looking to perform a Lindy Hop dance for our wedding day. Sharon is amazing. If you're thinking about engaging her don't think twice and just come to try! We were beginners and managed to get a perfect dance choreographed in a few sessions with Sharon. The best part is that we enjoyed our lessons so so much that we always left the space so happy and excited for more. Can't wait to keep learning and dancing Lindy in the future. JazzMAD took my dancing to a whole new level. I just completed a 12-week beginners course, where I learned both the leader AND follower roles. It is making me a MUCH better dancer. Plus, the teachers bring an endless amount of natural energy, enthusiasm and true love of swing dancing. (Nancy, you and Sharon are amazing and I love you both SO MUCH!!) Definitely signing up for the Improvers course! I can hand-on-heart recommend JazzMAD to anyone who wants to learn from the basics to those wanting more advanced moves!

The Swing Out Clinic with Sharon Davis was awesome! Every point that was covered was done in a very inclusive and engaging manner and the notes that Sharon shared with us (which included some homework, by the way) were very comprehensive and useful. I am looking forward to trying out all the great things that I learnt on the day!

I recently attended Sharon's Swing Out workshop, which was an amazing learning experience. Once I'd got past the initial self conscious part of having my existing swing out efforts filmed for prosperity :DThe workshop was very logically structured, starting with the beginning of the swing out and highlighting the finer technical points, literally at each step of the swing out process. Everything was clearly explained, with the reasoning behind each point, which for me helped re-enforce what I should be doing.Sharon took the time to identify the aspects of the swing out that each person was weaker on, to target the workshop to the attendees, rather than just going through a set list of technical points. This meant that I came away with a number of unique pointers to work on, that no one had picked up on before, and I’m looking forward to putting them into practice on the dance floor.

Sharon is brilliant, engaging, inclusive, and full of smiles and positivism. My partner and I enjoyed the 12wk beginner course at the fullest and surely learned to swing a bit ;)As a bonus Jazzbourne the venue is like a speakeasy atmospheric cocktail bar and Nick is full of good vibes. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing experience at JazzMad! I took a 12-week course, intense, fun and unique. Super our teacher Nancy: energetic, friendly and very good in teaching us both rules (follower and leader). Sharon fantastic! The best way to end a stressful day is to dance Lindy Hop at JazzMad. Very good vibes :-)
