Zoe is an incredible yoga teacher whose passion and dedication to her practice shines through in every class she teaches. Her knowledge of yoga is truly impressive, and she has a deep understanding of the mind-body connection that is essential to a truly transformative practice.From the moment you step into Zoe's classes, you can feel the positive energy and welcoming atmosphere she has created. She creates a space where everyone feels comfortable, no matter what level of yoga they are at, and she takes the time to get to know each of her students and their individual needs.She offers modifications and adjustments that allow you to get the most out of your practice while keeping you safe and injury-free.Thank you, Zoe, for being an incredible teacher and mentor!

I always come away from Zoe's classes feeling relaxed and restored. Zoe always has options for whether you are looking for a more energising practice or more relaxing so I always leave feeling refreshed and uplifted. Zoe has kind and friendly approach so puts you so at ease. Couldnt recommend enough

All moves & postures were very clearly explained , different levels were offered so suitable for people with varying needs, Zoe the instructor is very welcoming & friendly .
