Unprofessional & overchargeOver the past few months our company has used Pocket Receptionists call answering service.There have been multiple times where our calls have been handled very poorly by their representatives or not answered at all, even though we have paid extra for the “24/7” answering service.They also overcharged us at every opportunity possible. The on average rates we actually payed were around 3x advertised once they get you with all the “out of bundle extras”, penalties and add ons which they don't even notify you that you are incurring.In general the experience was not a good one and definitely not the sort of company I would recommend.Avoid!

I have been using PocketReceptionist for about 2 weeks now and they have been nothing short of amazing. I get to listen in to the calls and every call has been handled expertly. My clients are generally hard of hearing and so a clear voice is critical for improving their experience. Every person that has answered so far has been extremely personable, friendly and most importantly clear. I am a new business but with the experience I don't think i'll ever need to get a 'real' receptionist.

Take a close look at other reviews before signing up with this company, overcharging & they do not accept cancellation emails, continue to charge your card without authorisation.As for the actual service, I can't comment because we didn't receive any but they charged us for the privilege.

Pocket Receptionist has been an absolute life saver for me. After the pandemic we got so busy we were turning work away. The set up was easy and quick and they integrated with my booking system meaning they book appointments & schedule my clients for me so I can focus on my clients without being distracted. I didn't realise this type of service even existed until I starting looking for a solution. Highly recommend 10/10!

Terrible Service. Refused to refund me. Hides a contract in their Terms of Service and forces you to pay for another 90 days if you want to cancel. They say it's perfectly visible but they know what they're doing. They have changed it from 30 days to 60 days and now 90 days over the last few months. Try to avoid as much as possible.
