I have been going to Elite Cosmetology for months now and always have a great experience, I would 100% recommend going here!The owner Ankita is helpful and friendly - the hydro facial is brilliant and left my skin feeling soft and moisturised so I’d definitely get that again. I recently got a hot stone massage and it was one of most relaxing massages I’ve ever had.The staff are really professional and I will definitely be going back soon for more treatments.

My daughter (9) and I were on a London city trip and staying in Northfields. One of the things we would like to do was to get a manicure together. Everyone was so nice and helpful and the manicure was lovely!! They were also very mindful of my daughters age and adjusted the treatment appropriately.You can't go wrong going here. It was a very good experience and I can't recommend enough!!

Would never trust anyone else with my waxing! Ankita is so quick and thorough, she makes the whole experience enjoyable (which is tough for a bikini wax!). The quality of service is 5 star!

First time users of elite cosmetology.I had a gel pedicure and hubby a foot scrub. There is only one pedicure chair so we did have a slight wait whilst one treatment was being carried out however Janvi was talkative, friendly and bubbly throughout our time there and Ankita too was very informative and welcoming.The pedicure was fantastic and not rushed. Hubby dislikes having his feet touched said they done a fabulous job with him too.They are further than my usual salon but I think I will make the change just to see these two ladies again.

Ankita did my lash lift and it exceeds my expectations! She is so professional and she is very patient. Love her! Thank you Ankita. Will definitely be back.

100% recommend Elite Cosmetology, it's the best place I've been in Ealing for my brows, lash lifts and hydrafacials. All the team are lovely and the prices are very reasonable.

I love coming to Elite! The staff here are so friendly, professional, flexible to accommodate your needs and always make sure you have an easeful experience. They take a lot of care in what they do and I always leave feeling refreshed and satisfied. One of the best in Ealing. I would highly recommend them :) x

Unfortunately I did not like electrolysis treatment here. Therapist (Jacky) pulled hairs instead killing the hair roots. During procedure I could feel dragging my hairs. I asked her not to drag them but she did same and same so I left the clinic straight away and said to receptionist that therapist does not have an idea of this treatment at all. Why should I go to salon and pay £30-£50 if I can pull my hairs myself with twizzers at home???If anyone does not know what kind of procedure it is I can explain. It is an electric needle what kills the root of hair and after touching with twizzers you should not feel any pulling at all. If it is done professionally after several treatment hairs removed forever.This is quite painful procedure and not so popular so possibly many customers keep coming and doing this procedure but they do not know that after few sessions hairs should not grow again. Please be careful not to be deceived.I do not recommend electrolysis here.Hope it is helpful for those who needs professional treatment.Good luckI want to replyJust because I can not comment your reply I would like to edit my first review. I was not rude, I said that the therapist did not do her job correctly and left. Where I was rude I really want to see please show me cameras if you have, that’s blaming which is simply shame. She is pulling hairs that’s not an electrolysis. She may continue pulling customers hairs even more and increase her experience but that does not change the fact that she is not professional. I have my own therapist but I said to your therapist that she was on holiday I would like to find new one nearest so I was wrong coming to you and just leave my honest review here in case someone needs.Saying about me I was rude it is a trick to change subject. That’s not how business work.
