i went on holiday to belfast and visited hmv in city center. i got a kpop album and before paying, i asked if it had a photocard. the guy reassured me but come to when i opened ot, there was no photocard even though it was sealed and was meant to. i went to return it but i realised the guy gave me the wrong receipt…

Exceptional! Hands down one of the best record sections I've had the pleasure of flicking through. Had a real sense of care and attention to detail in every section. Individual, hand written notes on staff recommendations which showed such a passion and love for the music. The rest of the store was very well presented and had a vast variety of products. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to my next.

Lv this shop. Staff are more than happy to help. Guy at till tracked down an anime figure i needed for a birthday present& ordered to be delivered to home. Couldnt do more to help. 5 stars for customer service !! *****

Brilliant shop with excellent variety of items. Staff very nice and friendly and there is good deals on Vinyl and CDs as well as movies. Totally recommend.
