Filthy, dirty, typical Harrow council run service. The halfwits at the council should pay you to use the dump. Don't bother shopping in Harrow, it's a proper tip.

The car park is like a refugee camp, bedding, sheets, people sitting around drinking, I would not leave my car there under any circumstances
