Beautiful shop with large selection of glasses. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. I can’t recommend their services enough!

I would like to say to say,as always,Zacks provide a very comprehensive eye examination service.My wife has been using them since she was a teenager,and my mother and father in-law for as long as i can remember,they intruduced me when i met wife 28years ago.Even when we moved out of central London many years ago, we still visit regularly.We did try a local opticians when we did move,in the early days,but they were useless, not as thorough as Jonathan and the team,it was then that we decided to keep using Zacks,even after we recently moved from Greater London to Stoke Manderville 3 years ago,its still easy to get to via train and as always its always worth it,and makes for a day out in London.On my last visit i was seen by Michaela,I normaly see Johnathan,not that it matters , as they are both very professional and do a great job and only make adjustments to my presciption only when really needed,not like some that do for profit before customers' eyes, you wont get that at Zacks,that I can definately say,just honest proffesionalism.Thanks also Neena,who is always very helpful and honest when helpling to choose frames and arrange appointments,and always makes sure our glasses are delivered in good time to our home address,as we cant always make a return visit.Zacks are not the cheapest but you can't put a price in your eyes,you only get one pair,but they make it up in good quality names in glasses.Thanks again for great service,look forward to our next visit. I love my Lindberg Titanium Air frames,which i upgraded the lenses to be Reactor light with my verifocal prescription lenses, which is really cool.The lense adjustment was perfect.Thanks again Team Zacks

I went to Zacks Eyes Clinic for a Eyes Test and Contact Lenses Consultation. It was a total lost of my time and money. They charged extra-money for the Eyes Test (they said because I have complicated eyes!!). They didn't do the Contact Lenses Consultation, after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. The reason it is because the specialist wasn't there and they told me he will contact me, but it has never happened.Very, very disappointed. I wont recommend this clinic to anyone.

This is a very belated review, but I'm extremely grateful to Zacks Eye Clinic. Previous attempts (spanning over a decade) to get contact lenses that were right for my eyes failed, but Zacks managed to find exactly the right one for my complicated prescription and eye condition. Zacks were also really patient and generous with their time, including spending time showing me the basics of how to get lenses in/out. They once even saw me immediately when I suspected I had a lens stuck in my eye (I hadn't, but they took it seriously and didn't make me feel like an idiot). There is a reason why Zacks is award winning, and I wish I'd gone sooner. Being able to wear contacts changed my life, as it meant I could participate in sports and other activities that I'd previously abstained from, and massively improved my self-esteem.If you need a high level of professionalism and service, I strongly encourage you to go to Zacks.

As someone who's been buying glasses all my life in London, Zack Eye Clinic seems to me unique, offering intelligent and carefully considered solutions to my vision issues. Jonathan and his team studied the way I used my glasses and came up with long-term plans that have worked really well for me. I would recommend him to anyone who cares about their sight. They also have a really superb selection of frames.

Booked an appointment on 13th September with the earliest Saturday appointment I could attend not available until December. At that point I was asked for a roughly 50% deposit. Already a red flag as I've never in 30 years of visiting various opticians been asked to pay a deposit, nor have I ever missed an appointment. But anyway I gave them the benefit of the doubt, although I was waiting until nearer the time to pay, since I'm not here to fund their cash flow (and not that they provided details on how to pay anyway). I was then asked to reconfirm my appointment with one month to ago (which I did) and reminded to pay the deposit. I had to at that point prompt them to provide payment options. I was then given one working day to pay (bearing in mind I was actually travelling when they emailed at the weekend on 12th Nov), with the options to either call them or make a bank transfer (no online payments). Before that day had even ended I received an email saying because I had not paid the deposit my appointment had been cancelled, despite the fact I had just asked them how to pay. Quite how they expect people to pay deposits without actually giving people the necessary information in adequate time I have no idea and they apparently assume people don't have jobs of their own either. Sadly they seem to prejudge all their new customers as untrustworthy and unreliable as well. Needless to say Zacks will not be receiving my business.Also as a banking professional, I can say that Zacks' payment practices in this age of identity theft, phishing and authorised push payment scams are highly questionable too.

I had a great experience during a visit for my eye test, very efficient and knowledgeable and were a great help.I also brought 3 pairs glasses as the condition of the frames and lenses was top quality.All the staff make me feel really comfortable and I definitely recommend a visit

I have been with Zacks opticians for several years and I wouldnt compromise my eyesight with anyone else. Jonathan is very knowledgable, caring and meticulous with his clinical examinations.

I had the most thorough eye test here. Was a bit hesitant at first as it was my first time at this clinic. The receptionist put me at ease, checked all my details and I was seen on time. Vincent who tested my eyes was professional, meticulous, and patient, .and answered all my questions. I am partially deaf and tend to speak loudly, but he showed no irritation, which is the usual response. I have no hesitation in recommending Zaks Eye Clinic
