My loft was a dusty, inaccessible waste of space before. I have had a ladder, adapted hatch, full insulation and boarding done. From start to finish Access4Lofts were great. Punctual and professional, the quote was very straightforward and up front and the installation was very hassle free for me, they just turned up and got the job done. Also very honest, when they discovered I already had a working light they let me know and took the two I'd ordered off the install and saved me £100. I can't recommend them enough.

Could you please forward our thanks to the two lads who boarded the loft and fitted the new loft hatch and ladder. They were very understanding to my wife’s anxiety issues (following a serious accident) with regard to the problems that were involved with the possibility of not being able to carry out the initial specified works, due to the potential problem of hidden electrical wiring within the loft. They explained fully all the alternatives during the process without causing her any undue stress, whilst putting her mind at rest. Thankfully an agreeable solution was found, not dissimilar to the original quotation.They are both a credit to the profession and are an asset to the company and should be acknowledged as such. They were polite, punctual, knowledgeable, considerate and very hard working young men. They only stopped for a well deserved bacon sandwich on day one (client initiated).They explained the process, step by step and carried out the works with the minimum of disruption and inconvenience.Unfortunately we never got to know their names and we would be grateful if you could personally thank them on our behalf. My loft has been transformed into a usable space! The two lads that came to do the work were prompt, polite and worked very hard, I was expecting some cleanup would be needed but apart from the loft being boarded, you'd not know that they had been.Would recommend Access4Lofts to anyone needing their services.

Josh and Chris came today to board our loft as well as creating a new loft hatch. They worked flat out, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recomemd.
