Not what I expected for the price. A cheaply and badly put together picture light that was crooked and therefore had to be fitted to the picture frame at a very odd angle. Very disappointing.

I ordered a £200 lamp from Richard Hathaway Lighting, and they sent a very cheap copy. Complete fake. Client services are always out to lunch or need to speak to the manager who is never in the office. Feel completely ripped-off.

Very helpful lady. Quick and efficient service to obtain a non standard light shade. 6162.Note: the website still says there is a shop in Walcot Street Bath. Sadly this is not the case.
