They have £1000 pounds from my account, sent me the incorrect bill. I have been chasing them since June, they havnt refunded, gaeve me so many excuses. They never replies to the email. None of the staffs take responsibility as well. I am very frustrated and i am going to report to the trading standard. Will never recommend this company to anyone

Wavenet renewed our contract without prior discussion, doubled the charges and will not release until 12 months is up. Most of the lines we are being charged for are not even in service and have no connection. No one ever calls back, they have admitted errors on their side and yet we have to pay regardless. Would recommend staying well away from this company. Would be 0 stars if possible. Even their staff don't stay long.

Excellent service from Wavenet we first dealt with Jake who made us aware that the Analogue lines were being phased out, so he talked us through all the options available to us. Once things were finalized he then passed us over to Michael who then talked me through everything that was going to happen. The change over could'nt of gone any smoother with the assistance of Jake and Michael, we had a few IT issues but Michael was on hand to talk them through what needed to happen. So thank you guys as a small business it means a lot.

I have a leased line for my business with Wavenet. The internet in the Office where my team work Monday - Sunday (24/7 operation) stopped working.It turned out to be a hardware fault - we think.Wavenet have a checklist which includes purchasing a comms cable for the Cisco router.All of this takes time - the office is still down. We can't work.I complete the numerous request leading to utilising the comms cable via remote support. However, remoting in via 5G as there is no internet did not go well. So problem still not solved.I still need internet to operate!!We purchased a router. Then asked Wavenet for config info. They supply some info but not enough for my IT Specialist (30 years experience in networking) to connect.We asked some additional questions so we can complete the setup.WAVENETS RESPONSE - THIS IS NOT URGENT - THE OFFICE HOURS TEAM WILL SUPPORT. CALL US ON MONDAY!!!!!!Steer clear of this company. Whilst everything is working, all companies are good. When you encounter an issue..... that's when you learn about a business.

Wavenet also renewed our contract without discussion, and refuse to release us from our contract". even though they actually have no contract with us. We had a contract with Townley a company they acquired. With Townley our notice period was 30 days. Wavenet are refusing to honour this. They claim the terms and conditions on their website override the written/signed contract we have. Terms and conditions they have never even written an email to advise they have changed or given us the opportunity to review.in our opinion - don't touch this company"

We had to move offices and changed over our internet to our phone providers, We brought them headaches and challenges however they have been very helpful. Jake has always done his very best to help if he can and if not forwarded to IT support which have resolved any issues. Thanks again, Jake your phone must have rung loads of times but we at Lifestyles are very grateful for your help and support :-)

Fantastic service received from all the team since we have been clients. Both Sean and Matt from the Wymondham branch have been excellent. Sean project managed the installation off new our telephone lines and equipment into our new purpose built medical centre. Matt and the engineers did an excellent job of installing the cabling, testing and setting up the system so we had a seem less transfer with no down time. Cannot highly recommend Sean, Matt at the team highly enough. First class service.

Excellent service from day one. The team have always been very supportive throughout, installation was a huge (and daunting) job but went without a hitch with the help of Aaron and the other guys on site.Ever since then, we have had a great service whenever we've needed help or advise, the team are always very responsive and nothing is too much trouble. A huge thank you to Aaron, Ian and the whole team!! Would certainly recommend, and have done already.Keep up the good work =)

Our company has used Wavenet for some years now for several different services and every interaction with the employees is pleasant, knowledgable and polite. The service provide by the Mobile Customer Service team, in particular Kim and Chris is always fantastic. They are helpful, very prompt and supportive in dealing with any requests we throw at them.
