Kate is an exceptional healer. Each time I have a session with her, I experience something different, but always appropriate to that moment in my life. She has a deep and intuitive understanding of how bodies work.

For myself I can say discovering Feldenkrais has changed my life. My posture has improved.I am no longer round shouldered.I can get up from the floor without help.Before I needed a chair to hang onto or help.I can sit and play with grandchildren at their level - albeit on a cushion.After one particular lesson on the shoulders I can now raise both my arms above my head and keep them there. which I could not do beforeIn general I have more stamina and I am more aware of how my body moves.I have regular massages from Kate including Functional Integration sessions.I find that my balance has improved. I feel more stable and centered.I can walk further. My breathing has improved.It really has been life changing.

I’ve been seeing Kate for a number of years and really appreciate and benefit from the massages and treatments she gives me. No two sessions are the same and she really listens both to my verbal messages and what my body needs each time, often identifying issues I hadn’t been consciously aware of. Kate is certainly a key ingredient in my physical maintenance. And she is a lovely person too.

Kate is a lovely massage therapist. I have seen many over the years and I love Kate’s approach. She is gentle but very effective. It’s better than deep tissue for me because I don’t feel battered after but I do feel very relieved from aches and tightness. I highly recommend Kate!
