We got our Hyundai IX35 today, another amazing service from The Right drive salesman (Jordan) highly recommended his services. This will be our third car with them.

Tea and coffee offered regularly, definitely NOT any pushy salesman… very friendly staff, I had the pleasure in dealing with Mark, nothing was too much hassle… to make sure I was 100 percent happy he even stayed open an hour after closing time, to finalise the finance.More than happy with my car, highly recommend.

Amazing service from Dan! Bought a Mokka, almost pristine condition inside and out, no faults whatsoever. Licence check took about 5 minutes, finance sorted quickly. We could have had the car on the day we signed paperwork but the mechanic wasn't in to fit the device as it was late afternoon. Annoyingly, the next day was a Sunday but by Monday we had the car and were on the road. Super friendly service from everyone we spoke to there, super quick service and cannot complain about anything! Thanks guys! :)

Brilliant service ! Went there the other day to get a new car after we were approved after our other car Unfortunately broke On us . Staff were all so friendly. The guy who gave us service offered us a tea or a coffee witch I thought was very Thoughtful of them x definitely recommend Rightdrive to people in the local area x we have a lovely Hyundai IX35 from them and it's so reliable. A recent interaction with a representative, possibly named Nina, left me with a rather disappointing experience. Despite having already provided all necessary information online, she redundantly inquired about these details. Surprisingly, she failed to ask about my desired timeline for financing and car delivery. After meticulously sharing my personal circumstances, I was baffled by her refusal to generate a finance quote because I’m going on holiday for a week, and wouldn’t be able to pick up my car in the next few days.Nina mentioned that the quote would be valid for 30 days but, curiously, withheld the quote itself, instructing me to call back when I'm prepared. While she attempted to project a friendly demeanor, her tone and actions during the call left much to be desired. This interaction exposed a significant deficit in customer support skills. Despite having access to my personal information, the representative failed to deliver any tangible assistance.Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company for car finance based on this unsatisfactory encounter.

I turned up at right dive at lunchtime with no appointment booked. I was in desperate need of a car as mine had just failed the MOT and needed major work. I was greeted and given a coffee by a friendly sales representative. I told him I had horrendous credit and he did a search for a lender with my ID. Remarkably I was accepted. Obviously the interest was high, but I wouldn’t have been able to work without a car. I had a lovely low mileage Hyundai ix35 by 5 o’clock that day. I’m forever grateful

SCAM SCAM LIARS DO NOT GO HERE.They got me here under false pretenses. Told me that I had about 15 SUVs to choose from. When I arrived none of the cars on their website were there. (They told me that their website had been hacked - but who would hack their website and add loads of better cars!!!)No finance was agreed in advance as I was told prior to my visit to choose my car plus the sum agreed was less than any cars on the forecourt apart from one, and that was not what I wanted. I had previously made them well aware of what I wanted, they said they had loads to choose from.Kept us waiting for over an hour in their filthy offices, while they kept disappearing into another room and making phone calls, whilst keeping hold of my licence so I couldn't just walk out.The 'salesman' and I use the term loosely blamed all other employees for the incompetence of the company.They get you there and then try to sell you a more expensive vehicle and ask for big deposits.I will be reporting them to the correct authorities as I believe they are most definitely not operating an honest business.If you are desperate because of your bad credit - there are many other options available. The finance company they use is 'Go Car Credit' Avoid all like the plague.They pray on people who are desperate for a vehicle, do not be taken in by their lies.Luckily for me my daughter works in the financial field that deals with the bad operations of these sorts of companies. Who in our opinion we believe are very dodgyExtremely uncomfortable and shocking experience.THEIR RESPONSE BELOW TO MY REVIEW IS COMPLETELY UNTRUE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DEALER.

Jordan helped us get our dream SUV and he is very good from beginning to the end. This is our 3rd car with right drive and we are so pleased.

After reading the mixed Google reviews I wasn't sure whether to attend a pre arranged appointment but decided that if it was a wasted journey at least it would get me out for the day. When I arrived we were greeted by Jordan who explained what vehicles were available in our price range and the left us to have a walk around. We enquired about a couple of cars and he showed us round them. He offered us a test drive and we chose one to test drive. Given that one car was a large hatchback and the other was smaller we wanted time to discuss what was best for us and again Jordan left us to discuss things and we never felt pressured at all. The paperwork was completed using my phone and because of my chunky thumbs I ended up having to do it 3 times but this was my fault not theirs. All was approved and he went online to get the car tax sorted and we drove home in our shiny new golf. We love the car and everything works perfectly. It was well worth the drive to them and I would highly recommend Rightdrive. From the initial enquiry to completion they were very professional. Thanks guys see you in 5 years once I have paid this one off.
