Paid car park. Plenty of clean toilets. Nice coffee shops. Quite a variety of shops. Next to Inverness train station.

Not too bad. The Costa here was great. I took off two stars for the smoke and vape I had to battle at the entrances. Shopping malls should make entrances smoke free for at least 20m. It lingers indoors when it's that close. Pity that non smokers are not catered for.

The Eastgate shopping center reminds me of a glittering Easter egg. It's covered in the most beautiful foil. Looks fabulous and promises so much. Then, when you get to the inside of it... It's hollow, empty and a ghost of it's former self.Things are on the up though. The Easter egg is a symbol of new life. And new life is happening within the center. A new food court for example... And that's all I can think of right now. Their cheeseburgers are more expensive that the pizza and an experienced cheeseburger connoisseur, I have problems with the efficacy of eating a cheese burger that's more expensive than a pizza. So I had the pizza. Considering this was a protest pizza, it was decent. So, yeah... Eastgate. Big shopping center with lots of room, emptiness and a few empty spaces. But things are on the way up from what I can see.

Your typical faceless shopping centre...nothing stands out, but has everything you would expect. Clean, tidy and free WiFi. No free parking. Car wash/valet service available if your willing to re mortgage your house

This review is for one particular place here and not for the whole Centre.New Coffee shop opened recently?Lots of seating, looked quiet. Costa was too busy so went here instead. We ordered two coffees and two cakes.Man takes payment then starts serving everyone else while keeping us waiting and waiting. We had paid but still waited for nearly half an hour.I went to ask someone because the man was there serving on his own.By the time War got the two (small) coffees it was half cold! And it was £10!Absolute RIP off

Nicely decorated, spacious, clean.Public toilet facilities are nice and there are more than enough.Parking isn't cheap, but not expensive either. 4 hours of city centre parking in a covered car park for £3.30 isn't bad at all. It's a shame that there seem to be a few empty units and that city centre isn't as full as previously, but that seems the same across the board.I usually choose to park at Eastgate when I'm going to the city centre, because it's a great location and fairly priced.
