We met up with Mark and John and was introduced to the team in 2018 and since then we have had amazing support and training. Having used different techniques before, we have been completely overwhelmed by the results we get using the Texatherm process and more importantly we exceed customers expectations and have super fast drying times. Texatherm systems are always one call away for advice and so happy to hear from you, Its great that the company have such enthusiasm and a massive amount of technical knowledge in carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning. We would not hesitate to recommend any business or individual thinking of using Texatherm systems.

I was interested in Texatherm carpet cleaning systems because of thire smart advanced machines. Seeing more than 90 of 5 stars reviews encouraged me more!What really impressed me was their support and customer service which is a must especially if you're new to the trade. John at Texatherm went above and beyond expected. He didn't only offer a great support and instant access for advice during their busiest time, but more importantly he took interest in making my business successful. Given they were doing this for a while, I think 90 of 5 stars reviews is pretty much an underestimation if how good they're!

Excellent customer service, Mark & John honestly couldn’t be more helpful, I have been using the equipment & their chemicals for over 3 years now and always achieve fantastic results, leaving customers over the moon.Going back to the customer service, I phoned up the office today and spoke with Mark regarding some information I required about one of their products, he took the time out of his day to spend about 30 minutes on the phone with me answering and explaining everything throughly and clearly leaving me very confident.I have been up to Texatherm many times for training courses & annual services and have been met with open arms, I actually enjoy going to see them all!I made the mistake of using a different company’s solutions when I first started up, I had several call backs and couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong, I now know that by using badly manufactured solutions things can really go bad, since using Texatherm’s solutions I haven’t had any of these problems, they’re fantastic!If anyone is looking to get into the industry then you can’t go wrong with Texatherm. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Last night, I drove back from Weston Super Mare with a van full of nice new Texatherm equipment after receiving my days training and handover with Mark & John. Straight in this morning on my first job and I feel totally prepared as the training was excellent and “hands on” which is something I have found missing in other training days. When I started in the industry this year I was baffled by PSI choices, big pump little pump, in-line heater or not and feeling like I needed to be a chemist to survive. Texatherm have turned this totally on its head and and created a step by step process that if you follow will get you out of most if not all situations. Then there is the machine, it is very obvious that this has been so well thought out with the user in mind and some of the features really set this machine apart. I am not going to give their secrets away, you have to see it for yourself. Book a Texatherm day out, you won’t be disappointed.

Being alien to the carpet cleaning business and also extremely confused by all the different machines, solutions and training options available, having come across Texatherm and the whole team has been an incredible and enlightening experience.The whole process from start until now has blown me away and exceeded my expectations in every step of the process.The communication with the admin team, the incredible training with John who went way beyond what I expected.
