Orange Pharmacy

Brilliant service. Took my prescription details over the phone, advised me to prepay for NHS PPC certificate and now I just need to wait to receive my free prescription delivery later today!! No waiting in lines!! Love Orange Pharmacy.

I have been using the pharmacy since it ever opened, they always deliver on time or urgently if needed. Friendly staff . 10/10.

What a breath of fresh air!We have recently changed to this Pharmacy after many years using one nearby which made me lose faith in the profession.They are polite, and quick to turn around prescription requests. Queries are handled with respect and a cheery voice. I even got an apology because they had to order a prescription drug in! No apology needed at all but shows the care they have for customers. And delivery with no fuss and again a polite staff member who apologised as he thought he disturbed our meal!Cannot recommend enough, thank goodness we have a good pharmacy again

Brilliant service! Have recently switched to Orange for my elderly mum's prescriptions and I order on the GP surgery website on one day and the following day they have been delivered. So much easier than queuing for ages in the chemist. Well done Orange, keep up the good work :)

Well this company definitely gets a 5 star rating from me.I had so many issues with other places before regarding my medication. Since being with orange pharmacy I have had no problems.I also use them for my dads medication and they have been amazing.Always get medication on time and they are always on hand if I have any questions. The staff are amazing.

My husband went to pharmacy today to find put about ear wax removal, he told me that one of the staff members behaved so rudly to him and without listening his query she just rudy asked him leave the pharmacy right now.She also rudly said, Why did you enter the pharmacy?There are no signs showing on the pharmacy that no one is allowed to enter the pharmacy. Poor communication.

EDIT: 2 years on and still with Orange. They are always so friendly and go above and beyond for their patients. It’s a pleasure dealing with them and trusting them with my medications each week. They are always available for questions you may have or concerns. A great team-can’t thank them enough!Fantastic. I was using pharmacy2u for months, which meant waiting weeks on end for a prescription, emails and calls never being answered, all in all it was shambolic. Transferred to Orange and my prescriptions get delivered by their courier the day of being sent through by the doctor!!! absolutely amazing. Cannot fault them.

This pharmacy has literally never failed me. Electronic prescriptions have often caused me problems with other pharmacies but never been the case with Orange. Have been using them for over a year. Medicine is always delivered on time, and they are very easy to reach on the phone and willing to help with any queries etc. They are always friendly and patient and an absolute godsend for the times I am housebound. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for excellent service
