The grave yard is keep very tidy

These houses have an appealing design both on the exterior and the interior however, the houses appear to be 'thrown up' rather than being thoughtfully constructed. For example, in one of the houses to which I have had access, cupboards were a different shade of white compared to the sample supplied. After repeated requests this has been corrected. Dampness is rising on the outside walls, possibly due to inappropiately placed damp courses. Apparently corrective adjustments are currently being carried out. During a combination of rainfall and wind water seeps under the 'up & over' garage doorIt would appear that the lawn to the rear of the property doesn't have a respectable drainage system which results in a layer of water following rain.On cleaning the windows scratches are visible since installation.One resident complained and the builders complained that the resident was always complaining. It wouldn't require a lifetime of no building experience to feel justified in complaining. Personally, I wouldn't consider purchasing one of these properties at the asking price and, if advice was requested, it would be to inspect the points mentioned above.

Not sure how to review a graveyard, was peacefull.

Nice housing estate . Shame that they have lead flashing issues that I was up fixing at the weekend.
