He quickly identified the problem and provided us with a choice of cost-based solutions. He offered us his personal opinion when asked, but put no pressure on us to go with his choice.Once installed, he took time to ensure we were suitably confident in the ongoing operation of the new device which appears to have resolved our issues.We were extremely impressed with David's knowledge and customer service. He was very professional, instilled confidence and at the same time was both friendly and approachable. As such, we have already booked him to conduct a service of our boiler later in the year.We would not hesitate to recommend David.
