I am writing this review today with disappointment. I recently purchased an Aston Martin from this dealership for a hefty sum of 70k. I took pride in this purchase, expecting not only a quality vehicle, but also premium customer service that ought to come with a high-end luxury brand. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of the bar.At the time of purchase, the dealership made certain assurances which were integral to my buying decision. These included the promise of fixing the door switch unit and replacing the door trim on my newly bought vehicle. The salesperson even went as far as to promise to send me the required parts and cover the cost of fitting, should any issues arise.Three weeks have passed since I took ownership of my Aston Martin, and I must report with regret that the dealership has not fulfilled any of the assurances made at the time of the sale. The door switch unit remains faulty, and the door trim remains untouched. They have neither sent me the required parts nor reached out to cover the cost of fitting as promised.I have tried reaching out to the dealership multiple times to address these issues. Each call and email I have made was met with unfulfilled promises and delays. Their lack of communication and disregard for their commitments has not only left me frustrated but also feeling undervalued as a customer.While I understand that businesses can occasionally fall short of their promises due to unforeseen circumstances, the lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is disheartening. After spending such a substantial amount on a vehicle, the expectation is to have an equally substantial post-purchase experience and hence I will be taking legal action.What's more disappointing is the trust I placed in this dealership - trust in their word, trust in their brand, and trust in their supposed commitment to customer service. Unfortunately, this trust was not reciprocated, leaving me to deal with unfulfilled promises and a diminished customer experience.In conclusion, I find it hard to recommend this dealership based on my personal experience. My hope is that they take this feedback to heart and rectify the situation for future customers, ensuring that their promises aren't just sales tactics, but firm commitments that they fully intend to keep.

Advertised a Ford Ranger with Raptor body kit, phoned the dealership and booked an appointment to View on the same day.Travelled to the dealership and viewed the car, it was quite badly marked on the bodywork, the salesman Chris assured me that everything could be rectified.We discussed the deal and came to a mutual price, he phoned to confirm the deal with the owner and agreed everything.I paid £1000.00 deposit and we signed an order form and shook hands.I came away happy with my new purchase from a reputable company.The next day I received a call from Chris saying that they could not go ahead with the order as he discounted the car too much and the boss has vetoed the deal and agreement.I could not believe what I was hearing, the wanted to charge full price as advertised and as compensation they would throw in a coating if I agreed to pay an extra £1000.00.I told Chris that I could not go ahead so they refunded my deposit and offered £60.00 travel costs.Please be wary when discussing deals with Quirks, very disappointed and annoyed.

went to buy a high end vehicle, once we negotiated the price, we were told actually those alloys are going to change now, will give us a budget set instead!!!! car was advertised online with silver wheels, yes, but on the forecourt the car had different wheels! if I had walked in of the street wanting to buy that car, it should come as is, not to be told actually we will remove these, not on guys, why would you do this? fron the offset, if you have no intention to give the set of alloys with the car, advertise them separately.

I recently purchased my lovley range rover evogue from Pete at quirks. From the start to finish Pete was so friendly and helpful I originally was enquiring about a different car which was sold just after I enquired so he phoned me to tell me it was sold and asked what other cars I liked and I said I liked the evogue he said I might have one that might interest you so I went to.c it and arranged to collect the following week I have now had the car for 3 weeks and has been great until yesterday when going through a flood which i would expect a car like this to go through easily the front part of the front bumper detached itself as scrapped all along the floor which now has to be repaired and resprayed we managed to get it back on but we can see that some.of the clips holding it on are missing and took to my garage for them to.look at it and they confirmed that the clips are missing a d said that it should not have come off I contacted quirks to tell them and they have basically told me that it was due to the water and how could I tell that the clips were missing and generally been very un helpful I would have expected some sort of gesture to help sort it out but nothing so that's why I have changed my review as I'm not happy about the after sales from you

A lot of initial snags, however ross is incredibly helpful. We had complained about various issues and was frustrated at getting nowhereIn the end ross stepped in and showed us fantastic care and customer service. We have our car back after some issues and he kept me informed every step of the way. This is exactly how customer service should beThankyou Ross for genuinely taking care of us and fixing the issue.

Regret the purchase. Initially reviewed with a good rating on the promise a number of issues would be sorted. Car sold to me with apparent FSH, however, 6 months on I still have not been supplied any record of this - which also renders the warranty with the car as void. Attempted to call and email but have had patchy responses. Additionally, a part was missing upon sale and I was advised ‘it was in the post’ to only later discover the said part is not for sale on its own and clearly would be too big for the post. The sales contract confirms all the above would have been included - breach of contract, currently investigation solutions. Must add, however, the valeting staff namely Justin is spot on - hence the 2 stars. Probably ok for your run of the mill cars but anything substantial - go to the main dealer, I wish I did!

Asked to view a car through auto trader and I got an immediate phone call which was great offering to view the car a few days later. I booked to see it on a Saturday at 10am and left my name. When I got there no one knew who I was nor did they have a record of my appointment. The car had also been sold to someone in Ireland. I put a Saturday morning aside to view the car so a great shame I didn’t get a phone call in advance. They were apologetic but poor organisation for what I have been told to be a reliable car company. They missed out on what could have been an instant cash purchase.
