Really lovely staff! I was met by Safia who was so helpful, concise and gave lots of options! The process was so quick and easy and she kept me updated throughout! Would highly recommend! My phone is working better than ever! Simply, such an easy process and great care is taken with the customer and their valuables!

I believe I was told that I would get an email or text asking for a review, but I haven't recieved anything yet. So just wanted to leave this review to say Safia (hopefully I didn't butcher the spelling) is a star. I claimed via my insurance with Assurant, after smashing my front screen and rear glass panel. The next day I had a call from Safia, double-checking my phone type, it's colour, the parts I needed and some other brief info. She said she would order the parts and give me a call once they arrived. Two days later I recieved her to call to advise me the parts had arrived and ask when I was available to pop in. I booked in for the following week, but if I hadn't have been busy I probably could've had my phone fixed within the same working week I reported the damage. When I arrived I was told the fix would take around 2 hours but Safia took my sister's number (who I was meeting for breakfast), after asking if I had another contact number in case my phone was fixed faster than expected. I recieved a call about an hour and a half later to tell me the phone was fixed. When I arrived the phone looked and worked as good as new. A very quick and pain free experience with the best outcome. Thanks again to Safia and her team.

Phone screen was cracked and covered under my insurance policy through Assurant. Phone was repaired within a couple of hours. Absolutely brilliant service. Great communication with Safia,very friendly, helpful and quick service. Will definetly use again. I highly recommend without hesitation
