Purchased a TRex projector and the discs were missing. The store I bought it from was happy to give a refund s they had no replacements in stock. My grandson was devastated so I kept it and contacted Brainstorm who sent me, without delay,

Just wanted to say how grateful and impressed I am with this company. I bought a secondhand space solar system product from Facebook marketplace for my classroom, and realised that it came without the wires. This made the product unusable. So I emailed brainstorm to ask if they could send some replacement wires and that I would be happy to pay. They replied saying they would gladly send me some, free of charge.I am so utterly thankful for this great service, and will definitely be buying from them again!

Bought a torch that projects images of universe on to a wall or ceiling. What a nice idea for a child but so disappointing. The projected picture wouldn't focus. The image was very blurred. Don't waste your money. What could have been a delight and educational /inspirational is very disappointing.
