This was my second fitting, Kelly knew me from my first fitting. She was so efficient that I was sorted in no time though she didn't rush. She noticed that I have lost weight since my last fitting.My mum had her first fitting and was a little apprehensive but soon relaxed when Kelly started fitting her. Mum has dementia and although kelly was very patient she didn't treat her any differently from anyone else.I will always book with Kelly from now on as we have a rapport and mum knows her now.Kelly is a lovely lady and a credit to Janice Rose.We've met the other ladies who are also as nice.It's a lovely relaxed atmosphere and I would recommend Janice Rose to everyone.

I visited this place today and I must say what an amazing experience! Kelly took care of me throughout my appointment and was very patient and knowledgeable. She does an outstanding job! It's amazing what a new bra can do and I learned so much from this lady. Will definitely return!

I have been visiting Janice for many years now. The quality of bras is brilliant. The advice and support from all the staff is wonderful. I always feel comfortable and listened to.I always leave with a smile. I have bought family and friends many gift vouchers over the years and they have always told me how happy they are with their experience.

Great customer service. Janice was very helpful and knowledgeable, she will only sell you a bra that fits perfectly. The difference is amazing between a bra that fits perfectly and one that doesn’t.

Today, I had my 1st visit to Janice Rose Lingerie and it certainly will not be my last. Janice made me feel very comfortable. Her Knowledge is second to none and her manner is very calming. My husband, who came to support me, was also very impressed with the high standard of communication between all 3 of us and felt very at ease and involved. I visited with my teenage daughters and we were all made to feel most welcome from the moment we arrived. Amazing customer service from Janice and Kelly who are both obviously so passionate about what they do. We came away with correctly fitting bras and a wealth of information. I am now on my own crusade to ensure my friends and family all pay Janice a visit - my mum has already been. We will be back very soon!
