Turmeaus Cigars & Whisky

The shop makes an impression. However as a pipe smoker i won't visit it again.There is a pretty big choice but the staff knows nothing about pipe tobacco. Asked for some straight virginia - yyy what? Asked for a specific one with 'flake' on the end - the only flakes we have is this one(what was not true, they had it but in tins). When I asked about this flake they proposed - what's the content etc. They knew nothing. EhhMaybe they'd advise me on some cigars or whiskey better, but nonetheless that's a shame that they are selling things they have no idea about

Brilliant service and products. Bought some cigars as a birthday present for family member and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Wide range of whisky’s also. Never seen a shop so clean before!

This place is such a gem. I visited this place in February. It's very close to the cruise terminal and one can easily reach by walk from the cruise terminal. Great service from Mr Edward, excellent suggestions. The lounge was superb and comfortable with portraits of legends everywhere and cigar magazines as well. They have an amazing whisky collection too. They provide complimentary coffee. Perfect place.

I simply have to give top marks to this shop. My girlfriend and I where treated with great care as I purchased a pipe and tobacco.It's new to me as I am changing from rolled tobacco to a pipe. The two ladies who served us gave me all the hints and suggestions for the skills required upon smoking a tobacco pipe - it really is a skill!I was introduced to an excellent starter pipe and all the paraphernalia required. The price was very reasonable, though I could see expensive cigars of many brands beautifully presented for those who may want to indulge in a quality cigar.What I really loved was the gentle atmosphere. It felt like we had slipped through time into an age when people where served with polite congeniality.I will definitely be going back there for all my smoking needs.

Fantastic little store next The Puffin Rooms. It's easy to miss, so keep your eyes peeled.Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Really made us feel welcome and I found what I was looking for with their help. I highly recommend paying them a visit.Seconds away from the train station.

Really nice shop for all kinds of whiskies and cigars. Fairly expensive though compared to other options. Really helpful and knowledgeble staff.

Amazing place with a vast range of exquisite spirits and cigars. Expertly guided by Alex, whose customer service was second to none, and very knowledgeable about the products. A must for any connoisseur of fine spirits and cigars. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Liverpool.
