Good Morning , I am writing this , with the help of my sister . I have Alzheimer’s , which has also given me the most terrible stutter . My sister rang to try & get me an appointment . I was over joyed that she was able to do that . I explained to the receptionist , my condition ,& was unable to use the machine to book in . She was most understanding . I get Teri anxious , if I. meet anybody new . I saw a lady doctor ( I am so sorry but cannot remember her name . The doctor was absolutely brilliant . Gave me time to explain my problem . She was extremely thourough . Made me feel like a human being , & not a number . Thank you both . You are both a credit to your profession . Kindest regards Paul.

Shocking! Receptionists are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Had previous issues here with the nurse, wish I never stayed with them! Will be leaving.

On the whole I don't have problems with this surgery, yes they can be difficult to get hold of at certain times of the day. From time to time you can sit and wait for an appointment longer than you'd expect. However I do find the staff are polite and knowledgable and always try their best to help and the I've not had any problems with the doctors or the advice given.

Rude receptionist! When I asked if I could speak to the doctor- they tell me I have to wait 3 weeks, I then continued to explain my illness and receptionist started laughing at me. Absolutely discussing behaviour! No care or compassion- looks like staff training has also gone out the window here

They making an appointment and you getting a day off for it because it is an emergency but when you are coming for your appointment they are saying the lady who booked you in for your appointment she didn’t put your name in registration. What a sham it was emergencies blood test and they are just ignoring you and they would like to book you another appointment.

I have been a patient here for the last 2.5 years with my partner and our son. I am surprised to see the negative reviews as I cannot fault the GPs or getting an appointment. Yes it is a pain to phone up in the morning like all doctors, but you can generally get an appointment. Their online booking system is great, so now I just log in and make an appointment with whoever I wish to see, when I want to see them. You just need to get the online appointment form from reception - no longer call.In relation to GPs I have found them to be all very professional and well natured.The only negative about his practice is car parking! There are no parent and child bays (it's a small surgery car park), but I had to go in on one occasion as I couldn't get my car door open to put my baby in his car seat. That's the only thing that annoys me, but there is on street parking available too.

I have been quite unwell with a lung infection and cannot fault the surgery.Receptionists have been really helpful and Doctor Singh has been absolutely amazing referring me quickly for a chest x-ray and following up with weekly calls regarding my results and reviewing my progress including a meds review and a follow upChest x -ray .It's 5 stars for me.....Thank you

I received a really good customer experience during a recent visit to the lakes. I had a concern and after a telephone conversation was invited to attend the surgery within two hours.Thank you for providing the best service you ca at this difficult time for all.

Visited the surgery today in a very distressed state. Marie immediately took me in a side room listened and was extremely helpful. Promised to speak to a Doctor and they would call me. Within 10 minutes of leaving the surgery has promised I received a phone call and within half an hour was back seeing a doctor. Staff get a hard time and people are always eager to complain. I want to give credit and thank the staff for a exceptional service.

Joined this practice Nov 2017, when my own GP of 45 years passed away.First impressions were that the reception area was dirty and smelly. Tired looking and in need of a good clean.Reception staff were unhelpful and i felt didn’t really want to be there. From registering onwards, I had a growing catalogue of errors from quiet simple admin tasks to more seriously getting results incorrect.No one answers the phone, prescriptions were lost, drs appts cancelled or changed without notifying me. Extremely unhelpful. I have never experienced anything like this. I have been a surgery Manager so I know what to look out for. I felt so sorry for patients who are already feeling unwell having to ask unfriendly and inexperienced staff to aid them.I have since found out that this surgery are in special measures. I can see why. It needs a really good shake up, employing happy caring professional and experienced staff, especially on the front desk, these are the representatives of your practice at the end of the day.Hopefully one day someone will take note of all the poor comments they receive.I have today re registered elsewhere.
