Had 3 sessions of muscle stimulation and 5 sessions of cryotherapy felt results after first session and got even better after each one would recommend to people with bad back/hips or shoulders like mine

I’ve been having treatments from Lisa nearly a nearly a year now. Lisa is very professional and informed on her subject matter and I cannot recommend Ice Chill enough. I attended 3 weeks ago with carpel tunnel on my right wrist and after only one session the discomfort I had experienced for over 4 weeks was gone with 24 hours. The chamber sessions are particularly good when combined as part of training rehab and I wouldn’t be without Ice Chill to ensure injuries are reduced and my body is given the best chance to recovery after training 10/10.
