I can't thank Samantha Flowers enough for the beautiful bouquets that were delivered on 26 April 2021 to my Aunt on her 90th Birthday. In her own words she said 'the flowers were of the like I've never seen, absolutely beautiful'.Thanks to Paul the delivery man who left a handwritten note (my Aunt was made up that it wasn't just a 'sorry you were out' card, when he tried to deliver the bouquets and she was out. When she got home she rang Paul who made the trip again and delivered her bouquets. What a first class service. You all made her day.Thank you all so much.

Amazing flowers made into coffin sprays and words for my parents' funeral. They were so beautiful. Even the funeral directors sent a message to the celebrant to say how lovely they were. Cannot recommend Samantha highly enough. So helpful and understanding of our needs at such a sad timeEverything was perfect for the day

Wow and I thought florists were supposed to be nice, I get it's 9am on a gloomy wednesday morning but that little blonde woman that was working there between the hours of 9:00-9:20am on the 29th -06-2022 did not have to be so rude and unwelcoming, like I have never experienced anything like that, like just her tone alone made me feel like i was adding to her problems just because I wanted to see what a hydrangea looks like for my next floral arrangement.I'm new to the area and I was excited to have a florist near me but after the way that woman acted towards me this morning someone would have to be dying on that day to make me walk into that shop again.Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe it's because i'm Black i don't know but whatever it is was enough for me to take the time to sit down and leave this review because I am still so baffled by the service i received this morning. because that was not a nice environment to be in.

Local florist. I decided to use for my Mum's funeral arrangement. The blonde lady was rude and cold, with no customer service skills.The floral arrangement made how ever was lovely. What I had asked for was quite pacific, the flowers were very important to get right. The secondary flowers I ordered at short notice for delivery the same day due to my daughters flowers not being delivered by her own florist for Mums funeral were again lovely.I was some what torn about writing this review.I would not use Samanths Flowers again. The whole experience left me with a uneasy feeling because of that first and subsequent interactions. From some of the reviews I later saw on line, I see this attuide is not a one off. It cost nothing to be polite, and I believe that you are losing repeat custom and word of mouth recommendations which is a shame for a local business I would have liked to support.

Used this flower shop for a recent sympathy spray. Ordered a week before needed. Very friendly and helpful, prompt service. Reasonably priced, delivered fresh on the day. Would definitely use this shop again in the future.

Wow! Every year for numerous occasions I always go to Samantha’s and still to this day the quality of her work amazes me! Nothing is too hard for her. She goes out of her way to get exactly what the customer has asked for. Her customer service is also outstanding. She really takes the time and care which is what anyone would really want. Polite and friendly. I can’t rate her and her staff higher. Thank you so much. I dare say I’ll be in again soon.

I had previously used Samantha's flowers - and had been happy with the service - but I called today and received such awful service I decided to take my business elsewhere. I called a few times and unfortunately their line did not seem to be working - I was able to hear the conversation in the shop but they were unable to hear me. After I got through I thought best to advise them that perhaps they were having some phone issues, making a light joke that I heard someone was just off it get Greggs (laughing while saying so), and they replied 'well obviously we couldn't hear you' in a rude and patronising tone. Such a shame as I enjoyed using a local business.
