I ordered a big box and I received it the following day. Great service but very expensive as I paid more for the shipping than for the box.

Be forewarned: the small boxes (whose size would be ideal for books) are paper thin and break easily. Of the 30 small boxes I purchased, 20 of them had broken after the move, which made moving them (and their contents) very difficult. I also purchased the 1-2 Premium moving package. The picture of items doesn’t match the written list included. So while I thought I would receive a tape dispenser (as in the picture), it doesn’t actually come with package. Also, the tape they provided doesn’t always stick. We found a number of boxes that we had to re-tape. Not ideal! When I tried calling to inform them of the issues, there’s never been any answer and their voice mail is full.Some pluses; fast delivery, the other boxes were decent quality. I would never order from them again and would think the professional thing to do is to contact for a follow up.

Very pleased with the service. Promised next day delivery for orders made before 3. I placed the order at 3:22 but still received the boxes as required, within the 1-hour delivery slot provided by the tracking.

Excellent company! I’ve used them a couple of times. I received both my orders within two days. Boxes are strong and at a competitive price. Unfortunately Some tape was missing from the order so I emailed and got a swift reply, and then received a replacement two days later! Would definitely recommend!

Paid extra for a Saturday delivery as I work all week. Part delivered on a Tuesday, package left on my doorstep. Rest of delivery sent to nearest collection point, also on a Tuesday. Marker pen missing from the delivery. The large and medium boxes seem to be sturdy and of a good size. Sufficient bubble wrap and paper wrap included in the bundle. Small boxes are not as sturdy but I think they will be fine for paperback books. The wardrobe boxes are expensive but if I can get 20 hangers to a box then I guess that will be money well spent. Overall I'm happy with the service but wish I hadn't paid £12 extra for a Saturday slot when the delivery was made on a Tuesday when I wasn't at home.

Ordered a jumbo house moving kit at £139.99. Boxes turned up super quick. But bubble wrap and tape were missing. Called Smart Packaging and they sent out replacements next day. Very pleased with service. For those buying from this company I would recommend you video unpacking or make the driver wait whilst you unpack the delivery and check it. It was clear from mine that the bubble and tape was ‘lost’ in transit. Not sure if smart packaging believed me, but they did ship out. Personally I think DPD were an issue as once I saw the bottom of the box I noticed that it was re taped up. All in all good. Would recommended.
