The most disaster station I have even been in. Stuff very unfriendly, horrible and unqualified. AVOID THIS STATIIN AT ANY COST!!!

Most of the ticket staff are very rude and assume your pulling a fast one when you have a genuine ticket issue. Apart from one young lady who was happy to help the others didn’t care, I’ve never felt so belittled before. Made me buy another ticket despite proving ticket references and proof of payment through work for tickets.

The majority of staff that issue the tickets are slow and have 0 sense of urgency. They like to waste time so make sure you get there early to avoid missing trains. The majority (more settled) staff could not care any less and can come across rude. Does not apply to people on the platform but slightly does to the people at the gates...

Co-located with bus/coach hub but layout makes drop off/pick up for private motorists very difficult. Better to use Airport Parkway station if possible. Some beggars and a depressing Starbuck'.

Busy station but really dirty one. Less light, walls covered in stains, black smoke. Staff is useful as well as they talking on their phones. Not really impressive as it’s main station for big crowded city n less space for walking people with narrow pathways. Hope they’ll update this station in future. All u get nice view when u out of station.
