Really enjoyable evening, although I did pig out on free chocolates! I had never participated in a focus group before and as is always the case you never know quite what to expect. I thought the whole evening was well managed and as a group we got on excellently and everyone contributed to the discussions. Actually in the current political circumstances it was a positively life affirming experience. I had done some research beforehand and considered what some of the points for discussion might be and I felt that that paid off but I did not feel that that was altogether necessary. So, thank you Vision One Research, everyone I dealt with was thoroughly professional, helpful and empathetic.

The research session was good fun - I was in a group with other people with similar interests, it was good to hear their views. The person leading the group was effective at making sure everyone was heard. Great to do this by zoom!

I was lucky enough to be selected for one of the focus groups Vision One set up as a zoom meeting. I was treated with great respect and felt supported throughout the experience. I received a generous payment for my efforts in just two days.The meeting itself was friendly and informal and I was made to feel that my input was appreciated.This is not a market research company that you want to avoid like many others. Highly recommended.

My experience with Vision One was excellent. It has been a good while since being apart of a focus group and this experience was lovely. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process, the communication with Raluca from the start was exceptional and the focus group itself was very pleasant! Big thumbs up from me!

I had a great experience doing some research on personal finance. Before the session, the logistics were handled extremely well, and the session was superb. Victoria Woods was a very good moderator and the entire session went very smooth and was very interesting and engaging.

My experience was excellent. I have never taken part in a focus group before and really enjoyed it! The experience was lovely. Char was amazing leading the group and made sure you felt heard.
