Conservatory Spares

Unreal, I've been trying to get hold of this company all week, called several times a day and all i get is voicemail saying (Richard). Tried emailing and even their website virtual assistant but absolutely nothing. Ordered parts and had an instant reply saying dispatched plus money taken from account but still nothing delivered! Very poor customer service and still waiting for parts.....PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. SORTED IN THE END ISSUE DUE TO MAIN PHONE LINE ISSUE BUT WE'VE ALL GOT MOBILES.. THANK YOU FOR SORTING IN THE END.This seems to be the only way to communicate with this company, been trying to get hold of them for weeks about a refund for the items i returned 4 weeks ago! Tried calling several times a day and emailed but absolutely nothing. They owe me £££ for returned items. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will be passing this onto debt recovery very soon!

Ordered my ultraframe parts on Sunday, these were delivered on Wednesday a.m by Royal Mail. Excellent customer service

Good experience of this company. Ordered some Marley guttering and brackets, turned up in a couple of days. Repair sorted. Would go to again.

Ordered my items on the 31st of may received them on the 15th off the June all threw they had issues with there courier hermes (shock) that is not my problem they should off re sent them out to me again with another courier so i had them sooner and took the issues up with hermes after all they charged me £7.20pp and what they actually paid was only £3.62pp

I was very pleased to have found the correct Marley Classic Conservatory Gutter Brackets and that they were at a very reasonable price (£1.83 each) - I purchased four. The only disappointment was that I was charged a flat rate of £7.20 for shipping via Hermes who collected my package from Conservatory Spares two days after I placed my order and then took 7 days to deliver the package to me. Using Hermes for their deliveries lets them down.

I must have called them over 15 times in a space of 2 weeks because I had a query regarding one of the products they are selling before going ahead to place my order (they do have a phone number showing on their web side). They never answer the phone, it diverts to voicemail of some other company name. I've even left couple of messages with my number, I'm still waiting. I left it couple of days and went on their web side and the following message appears now: As a small family run company
