Before I start I should point out that I bought my previous shed from this company and was more than happy that it lasted 25 years. I have had no gripes with this company in the past. The new owners took over about 18 months ago. We ordered a new 10x10 shed and having been told our shed would be available in 6 to 8 weeks time, after 8 weeks we rang to enquire on the status of our order. It was evident from the reply there was a problem but after another couple of calls and texts we were assured that our order had been placed but now the manufacturer was saying 12 weeks. During another call made by us, we were eventually told that the shed had not been ordered because we had not paid a deposit, a deposit which we were never asked to pay. When Patrick then rang me he said that it was our fault because we had not offered to pay a deposit. Normally if a retailer makes a mistake they would offer some form of compensation not blame the customer. In the absence of any offer and appalled by the customer service, I cancelled the order.

I have just had a 12 x 8 shed erected and it's fantastic. The customer service in my opinion is friendly and personal. Which makes the process a great experience. The quality of the shed is outstanding strong and solid. The erecting service offered is well worth taking advantage of because they do a professional job and ensure the job is level and true. I am really pleased and highly recommended the firm.

Great business to deal with, extremely helpful people, super delivery and the quality of the product I purchased , 10 x 6 Major , is second to none. So glad that I decided to buy from them I totally recommend this company.

I ordered a massive 16 by 10 Summer House.It was worth waiting for. Very quick assembly and excellent attention to detail, beautiful workmanship and expertise. leveling was needed as my garden slopes, It took them only 20m. The quality of the materials are very high quality and also the service was phenomenal. It took just 4 to 5 hours to put this monster up and it is solid. The team worked seamlessly and intuitively throughout. I can imagine it will look good and last for many years. Well Done Team Awesome.

Not impressed. Nobody in attendance. Quality didn't look too good. In fact a passers-by by said he had been waiting 3 months for them to do something for him. With that comment I left immediately.

Albany Devon Summerhouse - Excellent product, but service and delivery leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the summerhouse over the phone and was told delivery would be end of August which was fine. On 4 August I received a call to say the summerhouse was ready for delivery, as my builder was erecting it I explained it was not convenient and they agreed the builder would ring when he was ready for delivery as we were going on holiday. The builder rang on 24 August to request delivery and was told it was coming that day and would be with him within the hour, but was missing some of the glass. Two and a half hours later the delivery was made but they left it on the drive and wouldn't bring it through the side gate for security. The delivery driver was extremely rude and left without getting a signature for the delivery. We are now three weeks later and are still waiting for the missing glass panels to be delivered. I am pleased with the summerhouse, but would not recommend this company due to their very poor customer service.

Patrick was lovely to order my shed from, very honest and down to earth.Fitted my shed in the time frame he had promised we are both very happy with out shed and with the the complete process.

We was very pleased with our shed...the boys Patrick, Chris, Delsio and Liam worked through 2 days of sweltering heat and had discovered roots from 2 trees were causing a major problem before installing the new shed...they gave us a reasonable offer to remove a tree and and to contain the roots of the other which we accepted. The guys were very hardworking courteous polite and respectful of property...I would recommend this firm to anybody wanting a new shed.

I ordered a large shed from Waltons. I found the whole process from order to delivery to installation superb. Understated but over delivered in all aspects of the service. The quality of the product is superb. The customer service and attitude of all the team is outstanding. Very polite. Very straight forward.

I can't recommend Patrick at Walton Sectionals enough. Excellent supplier, great communication and would absolutely recommend.
