This is a edited review ...repaired and returned all running as it should lovely gentleman what returned it my only criticism would be is delivery/return charge a bit high considering I only live 5/6 miles away ..could of saved that if they had later opening times even if it was only once a week other than a few niggley issues overall happy with the service would recommend and would use them again many thanks

I love the stair lift, it's like heaven. Excellent service too.

Recently my husbands Genie plus scooter( just over two years old) started to play up. As it was out of warranty I looked on line for repairers. I rang many, all replying ‘we cannot get parts for the genie plus. ‘I was desperate as my husband relies on the scooter both for use in and outside of the house. My last call was to PC mobility Blackwood I spoke with a lady called Lynne who agreed the parts were hard to come by but she would ring around and get back to me. For a week she rang daily to companies and then reported back to me. No luck. She then suggested that I brought the scooter to the workshop for Andrew the mechanic to look it over. After a thorough inspection he felt that it was more than likely a manufacturing defect and Lynne wrote a cover letter for me to send to the original seller. After they received the email I was offered a full refund. Beyond my wildest dreams. Without the dedication of PC mobility (Lyn and Andrew )I would have been left with a useless scooter and a very unhappy husband! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE COMPANY. I can never thank them enough.

I contacted this company about 6 months ago when I had trouble with my scooter, I was very pleased with the service just before Christmas I had trouble with my electric wheelchair, as with my scooter they come and picked it up I got it Returned on the 9th of January I'd had trouble with the controller which they put right it apparently it had gone in to lock mode which meant there was no drive on return of the wheelchair the engineer had put instructions on paper what to do should it happen again.there isent many companies who would have done that it was a simple task to rectify but it's certainly isn't when you don't know how.For myself this is a caring company who understands the disabled and what they suffer when they're equipment breaks down. And their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is excellent. Should one have any problems try this company first before you go anywhere else.
