Absolutely unreliable store. Put my name down for Zalto Universal Wine Glasses in March 2021. Due to supply issues there was a wait and I was happy to wait. I was told to get in touch in November 2021. I called the store and my name was not on the list. I re-added my name to the waitlist and then was told to call in January 2022. Called in January 2022 and was told that the Zalto would be postponed till June 2022. I confirmed my name was on the list and continued on to wait till June 2022. I called in June 2022 and was told the email had gone out". I did not receive anything. I then asked if my name was on the list and it wasn't even there. Honestly the systems and mechanisms in that business must be broken for there to be this many failures. Would not recommend."

I recently acquired a second hand - well third hand, Confort cabinet to store my best wine. I contacted Eurocave to see if they could provide a manual some advice and some spare parts.The service I received was 5 STAR with the pdf manual arriving within 24 hours plus links to purchase a new filter & key within 26 hours. All in all exceptional service to somebody who did not buy the cabinet from them.

Extremely helpful. I needed a small spare part for a very old Eurocave. Not only did they find me one, they didn't even charge me for it. Very happy :)
