I've bought a lot of cars from various dealerships but I've got to say this has been the best experience I've had buying a car. Paul was fantastic. He explained everything clearly and helped with anything I asked. Paul and the other staff were very friendly and polite and made me feel welcome. I was looking for a small car and I am so pleased that I visited Elmbank motors, I had looked around Ayr, Irvine and Kilmarnock at similar dealers, and honestly I was getting very frustrated with the attitude I received from the others. One visit and chat with Paul changed all of that, Honest no pressure and very friendly team. Everyone I met including the mechanics were exceptionally friendly and helpful,If you are looking for a car you must visit these guys, cannot recommend highly enough.

Brought a corsa van from elmbank motors, Paul and staff were very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The only down size was, prepping the vehicle and delivery which I was told 10 days and it took 4 weeks before I got my van, but very happy with the van. I would still recommend this garage to anyone

Would highly recommend Elmbank to anyone. Had an experience with my partner previously who unfortunately didn’t end up with the car as there was unknown issues but the guys were open and honest and didn’t sell him the car as they weren’t happy with it which made us come back when I was looking for a new car. We went back in November last year to view one car but it was a little out of our price range so they recommended another car with similar features which was within our price range which I bought (Volkswagen Tiguan) and loving it and have had 0 issues with it since buying it 7 months ago. My elderly parents picked up a 67 plate Peugeot Partner van last week. Van was not valeted or even washed. Engine bay was dirty and muddy. Information display on the dashboard is not displaying properly. Aftermarket stereo frame is hanging off and frequently falling off when driving. Osf wing has been badly painted and van came with no mats either. I spent 6.5 hrs correcting the paintwork, which had various scratches,scuffs and swirl marks, and then sealing it with ceramic wax as the van had no polish or wax on it. I then valeted the interior, which had hair, dirt and dust all over it. Pictures of the van after my work are included. Staff were friendly though, and the van drives well, but does pull to the left when driving. The van was mot'd and had some fuel put into it on collection. Would of been a higher rating if the van had been prepared to a higher level.
