I have taken my iPhone and laptop to Wireless Visions Norbury they help me to fixted them. I have spoken to these guys they were very polite gentle I showed my stuffs they given me very bright idea and very reasonable price which was really different than other places I have visited they fixed them for me I would recommend about their service was excellent incredible sort my stuffs.they are really helpful specially those two guys I noted their name were Ali and Part excellent customer service I think better than Croydon visit this Repair shop can given you very reasonable price they won't charge you other repairs cost you.Thanks Alec

I had my Samsung phone screen repaired on 8.9.20 and to chose to wait a few months before leaving a review. I wanted the screen fixed using genuine products which Ali was able to do he was transparent with pricing and efficient. Thank you again Ali.

I needed to get data off my laptop after it stopped working. I was also speaking to some of the expensive data loss companies who were quoting very high prices with no guarantee of success. It took a few days but in the end Ali managed to save my data - great job cheers!

Tried to get my laptop charging fixed. I thought it was the charging port and mentioned this, but I wasn’t sure. After checking, Ali concluded that it definitely was the charging port that was wrong and told me to come back in 2 hours. I went back on the bus to Streatham and then got a phone call saying that actually he had been wrong and that it was just the charger itself. A bus back to Norbury again and I found that I had been charged for ‘dust cleaning’ in the inside of my laptop, which he had initially said he wouldn’t charge me for (fair, I thought, given I hadn’t asked for it and the initial mis-diagnosis had cost me time and money on journeying around), however I got charged £30 for the new charger and for his work (an initial mis-diagnosis, an unnecessary opening of the laptop and dust cleaning which I hadn’t asked for). I did actually appreciate the work he had done including the dust-cleaning, but I expected an apology for having cost me time and money unnecessarily, rather than be charged extra for work that I hadn’t asked for and which wasn’t necessarily required. Chargers for this laptop on eBay are £6.99, including postage, yet he said he was selling it to me for £20, with £10 for his work on top....I said £15 was fair, for the charger and the fact that he had, despite in a very inefficient way, actually solved the problem.He insisted on £20 which I begrudgingly settled on. He ended up charging £18 to try to appease. I was already furious at the situation though, from what had happened and from how it was being handled.What is saving this from a 1* review is the fact that Ali is genuinely an incredibly nice character, clearly has good customer relations and I do believe is good at his job - he should just realise that when customers are not happy because of an issue that was the fault of the service provider, something should be done about it properly.Sadly, I think if he had simply tried another charger initially instead of mis-diagnosing it, this would have been very smooth and simple and this would have been a 5* review, so I feel today was unlucky, but it’s something that can be leaned from at least.

Good service , friendly staff and very very reasonable price . Fix my iPhone while I waited. Took my laptop no fix no fee free quote with no obligation . They take pride in what they do. Highly recommended. Great work thank you !
