We used Essex Roof Cleaning Services very recently to clean the slate roof on our house, clear gutters and apply biocide. I have to say the job they did was absolutley first class, with the roof looking like new. Communication before, during and after the job was really good, Danny and team turned up when said and made sure we understood the works to be done. This was a multi day job and they showed great flexibility fitting around our schedule and also sorting a couple of things spotted after the job was started. Had compliments from neighbours and honestly can't say just how pleased we are with the work. Thoroughly recommend...

Our roof has been covered in thick moss since we moved in and hadn't been cleaned, probably for a good 10 years beforehand. The falling moss would constantly turn our patio at the back of our house lime green! Dan and the team made the roof look brand new. Very professional from start to finish, from making an online enquiry and getting a quick response from Nancy in the office, getting the dates booked in as well as being flexible with their dates to cater to our days working from home, which we're very grateful for. And then the guys completing the work efficiently and cleaning up and disposing of all the moss. Great value also. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Our roof was badly covered in moss and lychen. Danny and his team arrived bang on time and worked constantly for 2 days to leave the roof totally cleared. I was very impressed that Danny took the time to explain why pressure washing or steam cleaning would be inappropriate for our roof. The roof needed to be manually scraped and treated with biocide. ERC will return in a few months to apply more biocide, all included in the price. Delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them

Our roof was covered in moss which had blocked a gulley causing rain to flood into our bedroom. We also had at least one slipped tile on the roof at the back of the house. Essex Roof Cleaning turned up when they said they would and cleaned the entire roof in a day. They cleared away all their mess as they went. The result is that we have a very clean roof which they treated with biocide to prohibit moss growth.They found a smashed tile which they replaced a couple of days later in pouring rain!We found them to be polite and professional.

Danny and his team provided an outstanding service from start to finish. The gutter clean was efficient and posed no threat to the gutters integrity. The gutter vac cleared the blockage and build of moss and the roof report that followed was professional and highlighted areas I had not been aware of. Danny is a polite young man and was pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

My partner is disabled and therefore unable to do the necessary repairs and maintenance to our roof. I do get nervous when using a new company but I had no need to worry as I couldn't have asked for better. Danny and the team recently carried out a steam clean on our roof, which was covered in moss. Did a really great job. Arrived on time and got started before I'd left for work.
