Hot Tub Barn Sevenoaks

Shaun and Ashley came to fix our hot tub and they were brilliant! Shaun and Ashley were both incredibly professional and friendly and explained to me exactly what they were doing. They had to maneuver within a tight space and they didn't complain once. I am pleased to say that the hot tub is back up and running and working perfectly! The Hot Tub Barn and its staff are always a pleasure to work with so if you are thinking of getting one or need a service - I would definitely go to them!

Wanted a hot tub for a while so went and viewed the ones at the Sevenoaks Branch. Collin and Janice were very friendly and approachable, so we decided to purchase the tribute range. When it arrived Wayne and Mark installed the tub and showed us how everything works, they too were very polite and professional, and answered all the question we asked them. Sue at the hot tub barn is brilliant as we went to her for the chemicals and advice onwhat we needed , which was great as you can ask her anything as she is very knowledgeable. Very highly recommended.

From the time we first phoned to installation, it's been a really great experience. My wife phoned Sevenoaks and spoke to Colin who sent us out the information. Then my wife arranged with Janice to come and visit, plus also to our surprise said bring your costumes and try. We took the Grandkids and off we went.What lovely customer service Janice has, made us feel comfortable, listened to our needs and then wasn't pushy letting us have time to think or even come back. We did go back couple of hours later and put deposit down.Communication after this from the team was fantastic and we even managed to change the delivery to an earlier date.The install guys Dave and Gary did a great job and were really nice. We had no problem at all researching and buying a hot tub from these folks. Janice at PolHill Garden Centre was very helpful and not at all pushy, but always replied to emails as quickly as can be expected with advise and information. The delivery guys, Dave and Mark were also top notch! They were both friendly and efficient and got the tub in with little problem! I can't think of anything they could have done better, from start to finish!

Hot Tub Barn staff have been incredibly helpful, from the moment we started looking at hot tubs to having one delivered. We are so pleased with our purchase (a Riptide Prestige President) and have just used it for the first time. It’s brilliant! Well setup demo area, with some filled that you could try if you wanted to. Spoke to Janice who was friendly and knowledgeable and also answered some follow up questions by email promptly.

Always fancied a hot tub but was not sure about cost and keeping clean and what chemicals we required ect. After talking to Janice about the does and donts we went ahead and purchased one. From the sale to the installation it all went very smooth and the installation team explained about the chemicals and the settings for the hot tub. Glad we purchased it and its great to chill in of a evening watching the stars with a glass of wine. The running cost is about £25 a month peanuts for the enjoyment, and the grand kids love it.

All of the staff at HTB are friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. The guys who came to install our tub really went the extra mile for us, even coming back when they couldn't (through no fault of their own) finish the job first time. And the tub itself is great! Really comfortable and so much easier to maintain that our old one. Ten out of ten, guys!

Purchased a Hot tub from Hot Tub Barn, after trying one purchased by a family member. I suffer with back problems due to major surgery. I got in the tub aching and in pain after a heavy day in the garden, stayed in it for a while, got out feeling i could have done somersaults, i was sold.Went to Hot Tub barn in Polhill and purchased a 5 person tub.The sale, and installation went with no problem, they even held the tub in store until my garden had been prepared and set up.Janice was very helpful and very knowledgeable, nothing being too much trouble.A very BIG thank you to Hot Tub Barn for your help in our purchase.Gary and Sandra. We visited several local Hot Tub centres but decided to buy ours from Hot Tub Barn as their price was very competitive and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, polite and patient with our many questions. The installation team were excellent and went far beyond what you'd expect to get our tub in through our very restricted access. Wayne and Dave were absolute stars.
