DO NOT BUY BLINDS FROM THIS LOT!! The quality of the blinds are horrendous and you don’t even get what you ask for. Got played by the salesman and said they were giving me the best quality and made me feel like I was going for the most expensive material , total jokers. Should have cost me half the price of what I paid.

Very professional, polite, efficient and accomodating. From showroom staff to their senior estimator/fitter Gary all were most helpful.I wish we had used them in the past, but will use them in future.Highly recommended.

Excellent service from fitter Gary who fitted shutters today. Gary was polite and professional and done a fantastic job. I have used Rainbow Blinds before and would highly recommend the company. I am delighted with my new shutters . Thanks again !

Wow - their response is now full of total lies. They had the item in their office and were going to deliver it this week!! Extremely poor service - take your money and do not deliver the goods - do not use them. Had to cancel my electrician on 2 occasions. Rude and uphelpful staff who refused to resolve the problem or return calls and would not put me through to the owner of the company. Totally unprofessional

From start to finish Gary made the experience easy and enjoyable. On fitting the guys did an excellent job! They were so helpful. I am very pleased with the product and would definitely recommend!

Appointment was organised for today (14/10/2020), received text confirmation that Appointment was going ahead but now 2 hours after Appointment slot was supposed to end and no one has showed our contacted me regarding any delay or rescheduling. Just really poor customer service.

Shocking service .I went to rainbow blinds showroom today .They didn't seem to know what they were talking about and we were told 3 different stories about the blinds .Nearly 500 pounds for one blind that doesn't even get made on the premises. Beware of this company

I'm a bit late in putting this review on but we had our shutters fitted before Xmas and absolutely delighted with everything. When the guy did the measuring he was really good advising us about we are getting French doors fitted soon and he said to wait until they are done in case any alterations are required. But as soon as they are fitted I will be contacting them.
