Ian and Jenni were absolutely brilliant, they were able to fit us in quickly to have our radiators fitted and they look absolutely brilliant up. Ian was super clean, so friendly and explained everything. He even popped back later in the evening to check out a couple of bits, which was fantastic. Can't thank you enough.

We were recommended to Ian Wesley so we managed at long last to use his services, he arrived as requested for 8am although he was a good 15mins early which was fine.He is very efficient and works in a methodical manor and once you start to have a chat you get to know you’ve got a great Plumber here worth keeping hold of, he had to take out our cloakroom toilet, radiator and sink so as I can tile, he also changed a thermostat on a rad in my office, got our shower working having to dismantle it first for a good de-scale, changed the taps in the bathroom and kitchen and made sure everything was working before he left, great service with nothing too much trouble, we’re looking forward to having him back to re-install the cloakroom.I have to say he has great back up via his wife Jenni who seems to work very hard in the background to make sure things run to plan. I would highly recommend Wesley Plumbing!

Undid the damage a previous plumber made to my shower installation. Ian did a fantastic job of repairing the floor and refitting the shower and components. More than happy to use for future projects.

I was recommended these guys when I had a leak from my flat and I have not been disappointed. They were extremely responsive and able to get out to see the property within a couple of hours. I've found them to be very friendly and reliable with good communication! There has also been good follow up to ensure that the problem has been resolved. What a wonderful family business! This is what a good, old-fashioned British business is all about (old-fashioned in terms of values, not tech... they're modern with tech!). They are personable, down to earth and reliable to a fault, with a customer-focused attitude.I have had these folks out to my home numerous times and been very pleased with their work as well as their manners. We had a nasty leak from our en suite into the living room below, resulting in an insurance claim, and leaving us needing a brand new shower enclosure, new tiling, and finally redecoration downstairs. Ian and Jenni Wesley were fantastic throughout the whole process, with regular communication about the disrupted supply chain for components due to COVID, and carrying out the work in excellent time and with great consideration for our home and the current distancing requirements. Their chosen professionals to instal the tiling and decoration were equally exceptional, friendly and courteous. We are proud to have a beautiful, functional en suite and a fully restored living room too. Highly recommended in every way!

Ian & Jenni have been more than helpful, they came recommended via a friend who said they go above and beyond and i can honestly say they do. We had a leaking/ Mould issue at one of our rental properties over the festive period, they attended within 24 hours to assess the situation and found the cause. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They have done two boiler installations for me over the years. Ian is helpful, professional and turns up when he says he will. They have also done repairs and servicing and plenty of other plumbing jobs. They know what they're doing, and have been life savers when my heating controller was playing up this winter. They came out quickly and sorted the problem out promptly. Great service.

Efficient, effective and friendly service. Fitted a new radiator for us this morning - arrived on time at 7.30am as promised. Ian Wesley works very hard and we are happy to recoomend him. His wife Jenni too is very efficient, friendly and very organised. Thank you to both of you!!

Over 6 years since our new build was plumbed by Ian Wesley. In that time we’ve had 3 ceilings down to repair poor workmanship leading to leaks in every bathroom in turn.Toilet feed also leaked. One toilet was fitted not square to the wall. The boiler had an overflow pipe that wasn’t vented out (just hanging loose in the cupboard!). I have lost count of the number of repairs and fixes required.The latest is the leak below a bath due to ill fitted waste-stop.All in all the legacy of woeful plumbing lives on in our otherwise well built house.**further response to the response. Well funny old thing the bath waste shown in the picture was the point of the leak (nothing to do with maintenance) as verified and replaced by the great plumber who has been rather busy here over the years. I leave other consumers to make their own minds up.
