They never pick up the phone if you want a quote. Useless! as the products are not in the website.A plumber recommended them , wanted to get a quote tried 4 times in one day. No joy.

Satej offered top customer service. He was recommended by a family member who bought from him before. He ensured we got what we needed for our new bathroom and the product quality was extremely high. Satej went above and beyond to get rapid delivery. Will definitely use him and the company again.

Do not waste your time with these guys. I have never met such rude and arrogant people in my life. We went to the showroom twice and initially with a nice range of goods, we thought it was worth booking an appointment. Once arrived, we were not seen until 45 mins, not welcomed and not even acknowledged. Finally when we did get seen, we were met with an advisor who swore most of the time and served at least 5 other people during our appointment. Meaning we were still there for a good 2 hours. Due to this, he did not even finish our requirements and we had to leave. We were told our quote would be emailed to us, 8 weeks on and we are still waiting. Between my husband and I we have called these guys 6 times, they will answer their phone from a new number but as soon as they realised it was us, they never picked up since. They clearly are not bothered about us at all. I don't mind if you don't think you can help us, but please don't waste people's time. It seems they are only interested in high net worth individuals and not bothered by most. So unless money is not an option for you and you don't mind being treated rudely - try these guys out.

Went to buy Kinetico Block salt bags. Received excellent service. Plenty of parking space. Beautiful showroom. Products appear to be of excellent quality.
