Absolutely incredible customer experience from everyone involved in the process. Special thanks to the ladies in Perth. Had a fab experience (again) sorry this is my first review! I've bought a few items from H Samuel's now and I cannot fault their customer service. Jen in particular was extremely helpful on my visit and I'd highly recommended to others as their knowledge is second to none and I feel they'd go that extra mile to help.

Signet ring engraved with 4 letters, but they put them in a straight line across square face of the ring. In order to do this they made the letters so small you can hardly make them out with out a magnifier. They measure 2-3 mm in size. No imagination was used by the engraver to put 4 initials to make them easily read, such as on diagonally so they could have been bigger and clearly identified.The have also scratched the polished face of the ring. So over all dissatisfied with the end result, very disappointed with this jewelers.
