We have been using Hurst composite door and panels for over 10 years at Tru-Plas Ltd and have have always found them to be great value for money along with fantastic quality.If we do have an issue they are always available to help either on the phone or by email.We will continue to use Hurst and would recommend them to other companies who are looking for a composite door supplier.Keep up the good work!!!

Having sold Hurst composite doors to the trade for nearly 5 years I can say their product quality and customer service is excellent. Not one manufacturer out there is absolutely perfect with every order but Hurst will at least always try to be. With huge demand post-COVID lockdown we have experienced delays due to shortages with all our sources of supply but Hurst provide us with live online order tracking and are able to explain in detail the reasons why so we can help our customers understand. If replacement parts are required or advice is ever needed we always get a quick response. Quality and service is important to us as it reflects on our own reputation. I would like to note that the bad reviews seem to be from the end customer, where the supplier to them is technically the installer and so the installer is the one responsible for these bad experiences.

Had to wait 5 months for door. Despite going through a Hurst approved installer and using their visualizer app. door came not as ordered. Hurst would not deal me direct , they kept deflecting my concerns to installer, who in turn blamed the manufacturer. Hurst customer service dept. were a mix of being patronising and aggressively arrogant. Although the door and fittings are of good quality, my other issue of shoddy overspray was another unresolved problem . Hurst nor their approved installer have resolved any of my concerns.

AVOID, AVOID AVOID. I had a composite door installed, and find that when the sun shines on it, it bends to the extent that I am unable to lock the front door. I have gone via my installer and supplier and followed the complaints procedure to get this rectified and still Hurst's keep asking for photos and measurements, all of which show that the door is bending and has more than a 5mm gap, but still they delay and delay etc. I tried calling the company directly and the lady said that they don't deal with the public directly. The customer service has been shocking, the design of the door is shocking, did they not consider the sun shining on an external door and the effect of heat on it??? Very poor design. AVOID this company at all costsFurther update, Hursts have changed the door and applied heat reflective coating to lessen the effects of direct heat. Owing to the colder weather I will only know next year (2024) how effective this is.

Initially we had a delay with our door however after raising this with Hurst doors Howard contacted me and rectified this swiftly. It was a pleasure to deal with Howard he was very apologetic and quickly helped us which completely turned our experience round by explaining what had happened and he did his utmost to speed up our door being manufactured. The door has arrived and has been fitted. It is clear the door has been made to a very high standard, it feels a good quality sturdy door and we are very happy with it!

I had a Hurst door fitted by DNK Services back in January. The design of the door is everything we wanted and more from the colour, the design of the glass and the style. It doesn't just look amazing it is great quality too. I get so many compliments in it and it makes me smile every time I see it has transformed the look of the house. Hurst doors offer such a wide range of styles that there is a design to suit anyone's preference and meaning you really do get a unique door to suit you. Also can't recommend DNK enough for fitting, very friendly, personalised and prompt service from both Hurst doors and DNK services. Thank you both!!

Firstly if I could leave a nil star review I would . Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this company and zero aftercare , they basically have washed their hands of any responsibility. My door was fitted and within a few hours marks appeared , coming through the pigmentation of the door. The supplier came back immediately, looked at them and agreed this was not right. Went back to Hurst and they asked for pictures , sent them and they said, wait for it, clean them with soapy water!! Needless to say this didn't work as you can clearly see this is within the design of the door and under the coating! The after care manager has basically no interest in aftercare or customer service and has pushed the blame on the supplier . They sent me a touch up pen to go over the marks, I tried it on one of the marks and it's made it worse,! . I have sent a video into them and still they are not interested. The door has also stuck three times in the hot weather and I couldn't get in my house for 10 minutes with a crying two year old!Very upset and angry really , spent. £1600 on the door , it has marks all over it now and when the weather is hot it is going to swell and not open., just great! So basically do not purchase for this company.

Excellent Customer Service, Had my new door installed a good few weeks ago now and its amazing, no more drafts coming through and i can no longer see the outside. Selecting a door colour was a dream, the little fold-out book had so many to choose from and I could search the internet for any RAL colour if I wanted to. I'm so impressed with it, i've even turned my lock into a smart one. Highly Recommend, very high end product. Thank You!!!

Unfortunately my only recommendation is that you avoid Hurst doors. I have been supplied 2 doors from them, both of which have turned out to be defective. After waiting months for the first door to arrive, it arrived without the key code, making it harder to get extra keys cuts and ordered. I contacted Hurst about this but was told to deal with thee supplier. Once the door was installed it became apparent that there was a large bulge in the middle of the door. I contacted the supplier, who was then told by Hurst doors that another door would be sent. This door finally arrived and was fitted. Now after a few months of being fitted another issue has occurred. When the sun is on the door, it bows and swells in the middle by just over 5mm, making it difficult to close and lock. I am currently dealing with the supplier to get a refund as I do not wish to deal with this company anymore. Very frustrating considering the price of these doors. Avoid at all costs!
