Cloud10 are literally 10 steps ahead of any pother IT business I have ever come across. The team are genuinely helpful, go above and beyond to meet whatever business needs you may have. By far the best IT support I have come across.The guys at Cloud10 are efficient, friendly and helpful every time. Any issue we have ever had is solved right away and I am always thankful to be able to call up and get a resolution in minutes. This is invaluable on a busy day or when I am working from home. my laptops speakers were not working so the cloud 10 team on the phone were brilliant but were not able to sort it while in a different destination as me. within 2 hours somebody from the cloud 10 office had come and sorted out the laptop in a heartbeat!! brilliant service, 10/10

Any issue I have gets resolved, even when I don't have an issue and just want advice. The guys at cloud 10 are always on hand to help and to add are always warm and friendly even out of hours. lol

Yasir was able to resolve an issue I was having with my emails with obvious knowledge on the best way to resolve the fault. It took a little time, as a few things needs to be tried, but my emails have been working perfectly since.
