My dad dropped a chainsaw off to have a minor repair one month later still not fixed their reason couldn't get parts even though it was a husqvarna, I looked on a website to look for the parts and I could get them in 3 to5 days , my dad told this to one of their staff to which he replied marvelous, he took the chainsaw somewhere else and picked it up the next day fixed , I wouldn't drop anything off here and their prices on things are over inflated

I have been very disappointed with the service received. After 5 weeks I had my mower returned today with a new belt. I have had to chase every week, I have been repeatedly told that they are just waiting for the part, my voicemails haven't been returned and there has been no acknowledgement of the poor customer service and unacceptable wait time. I have verbally provided the feedback that proactively reaching out to update customers would be helpful. To add insult to injury, I've had £15 added as a pick up and drop off fee - not mentioned when I booked it in! And in spite of leaving me with 2ltrs of fuel in the tank has come back empty so I can't even check if the repair is satisfactory. Do not use!

Martin provided a service beyond anything you could possibly expect. My hedge cutter had a difficult fault to diagnose and repair. His shear determination means it now runs perfectly. Just another reason to use local businesses that go that extra mile to deliver the best service.
