I think their product and services are top notch! They were so helpful, informative and really nice to deal with. I have many units and I love their product. I think we all need these air filters in the areas we spend most of our time.

I recently purchased the IQAir GC Multigas Air Purifier. After months of research, I spoke to Lekan from Allergy Cosmos. Whilst other companies make exaggerated claims with no evidence behind it, Lekan was able to give comprehensive advice on the product and its benefits and back-up everything he said with definitive product information. He is an incredible source of information and was more than impressed by his knowledge, and friendly, engaging manner. Can't recommend him highly enough. He really took out the pain of understanding why this product is so good and a better longer term investment than competitive products.Haven't had the chance to use it yet but believe it will tick so many boxes and look forward to experiencing the benefits.

Sent me a faulty air purifier that did not even start. When they received the unit back told me it was working and they will take £55 restocking fee for a used unit when it didn't even start. Nice try. I made a video of the unit not starting and it was simply ignored when I sent them the link to the video. Still owed £379. Going to PayPal to recover funds. Dishonest company!

I have used Allergy Cosmos for many years with my purifier and filters. My machine broke and decided to ask if they do repairs, which they do. They collected my machine and investigated and due to not being fixable they replaced with a new machine! Incredible company and service.

Excellent customer service! Ordered something out of stock 2 days ago but need to receive it urgently. The lady from customer service found one in the office and arranged next day delivery immediately. Really helpful and friendly. Recommend!

I bought two IQ Air units from Allergy Cosmos almost 10 years ago, after I was exposed to toxic gases. Apart from a minor electrical fault on the display of one, (which was quickly rectified at no charge to me) both machines have worked perfectly and are still going strong. More importantly, the customer support has been phenomenal. Christian and the team are extremely knowledgable about their products, generous with their time, and have given me invaluable help and advice when it has come to maximising the potential of both machines. I have called on a number of occasions related to filters, or anti-mould spray and so far every product they have recommended has helped, and made a real difference to my health. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Beyond happy with the level of service and care I have received by Jayson when handling my iqair repair. Organised, swift and efficient. I have used this company twice (once for repair work and once to purchase iqair filters) both time very impressed! Highly recommend.
